Head Coach Swim coaching runs in his blood as his Mother was a career swim coach for twenty years and former National Age Group Coach of the Year. EJ served as Head Coach of the Penfield Swim Club in New York and coached several other places including; The Nike Swim Camp, Superswim Clinic, and The Maryland Masters Team. He swam for the University of Maryland and was a four time letter winner while at UMD. He has a degree in family studies and previously worked at the Center for Young Children. EJ was a four time High School All American and qualified for USA Swimming Junior Nationals and Senior Nationals. Assistant Coach Assistant Coach Sherry is head coach of the GGSL Potomac Marlins and has coached for UMCY for the past several years. She is the primary coach of Age Group I.
Assistant Coach Jayne-Anne has been a competitive swimmer for 25 years and was a Masters coach for 10 years. She has a PhD in biology and is currently serving as Aquatics Director at the YMCA of Upper Montgomery County. |
